Welcome to Sayo Silver. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online consultation services, and bespoke bridal offerings.
By visiting our website, booking a consultation, or placing an order with Sayo Silver, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. About Sayo Silver

Sayo Silver is a Nigerian-based bridal fashion brand that designs and produces custom bridal gowns, reception dresses, and accessories with a focus on African elegance and craftsmanship.
We serve clients in Nigeria and across the diaspora through both virtual and in-person consultations.

3. Consultations

Consultations are available by appointment only.
You may request a session through our Contact Form, WhatsApp, or a telephone call.

a. Virtual Consultations
Virtual sessions are conducted via secure online platforms. During the session, we’ll discuss your preferences, event details, and style inspirations.

b. In-Person Consultations
In-person appointments take place at our designated studio or partner locations in Nigeria.
Out-of-country sessions (if arranged) are handled by prior confirmation and subject to additional logistics and cost.

c. Consultation Fees and Policies
Consultation fees, if applicable, will be communicated before confirmation.
Once confirmed, your booking represents a reserved design slot; cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Orders and Production

Each Sayo Silver creation is custom-made to order.
Once your design is approved and the deposit confirmed, production begins.

Custom designs are non-refundable once production starts.
Minor adjustments are possible before final fitting.
Delivery timelines depend on your design complexity and location.

We aim to meet all agreed timelines, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping, customs, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

5. Payments

Payments may be made via bank transfer, POS, or other approved methods.
All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated.

Your order is only confirmed once an agreed deposit or full payment is received.
Balances must be settled before the collection or delivery of the final garment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including images, videos, text, and designs — is the property of Sayo Silver and protected by copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any material without our written consent.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate measurements, event details, and delivery information.
Review and approve sketches, fabrics, or design concepts before production.
Communicate respectfully and promptly with our team for smooth service delivery.

We are not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect information provided by clients.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not guaranteed after production begins.
If cancellation occurs before production, a partial refund (minus administrative or material costs) may apply.
For ready-to-wear or accessory items, exchanges may be accepted if the product is unused and returned within 7 days.

9. Virtual Experience and Data Privacy

For virtual consultations, you consent to the limited use of your contact and session information for communication and service delivery.
All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

10. Limitation of Liability

Sayo Silver shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Our maximum liability, in any case, is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service or product.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our practices, pricing, or legal requirements.
The revised version will take effect upon posting to this page.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State, Nigeria.
